Due to popular request we have recently introduced a Boarding Service. If you are going away on holiday and need someone reliable to take care of your flock, then we can provide a safe and comfortable place for your birds to stay. We charge just £1 per bird per night, including feed, water and bedding. We can only offer this service for poultry purchased from us, due to our rules on disease control. If a bird becomes sick or is injured we reserve the right to treat it as we would our own birds, with compassion. We will not let any bird suffer and we will treat the birds ourselves as we consider appropriate. Where we are unable to do this we will seek medical attention from a veterinary surgeon who specialises in poultry, but of course the cost of this must be borne by the owner. In case of sickness or injury we will of course do our best to contact you prior to any treatment, but if we are unable to do so the welfare of the bird has to take priority. |
